THE PRISONERS FORUM
THE PRISONERS FORUM WILL PROVIDE A PLACE FOR PRISONERS AND THEIR FAMILIES TO DISCUSS ISSUES AND CONCERNS ABOUT PRISON LIFE, UNACCEPTABLE LIVING CONDITIONS BEHIND THE WALLS, UNFAIR SENTENCING LAWS, AND ANY INJUSTICE THEY MAY HAVE ENCOUNTERED IN THE CRIMINAL JUSTICE SYSTEM. IT IS MY HEARTS DESIRE TO GIVE THOSE WITHOUT A VOICE A PLACE TO SPEAK AND BE HEARD. I ALSO HOPE THAT AS WE GROW AND GAIN SUPPORT WE CAN FORM A UNITED PRESENCE TO OTHERS IN HOPES OF BRINGING ABOUT SOME POSITIVE CHANGES. WE'D LOVE TO HEAR YOUR THOUGHTS SO PLEASE FEEL FREE TO CONTACT US AND SHARE YOUR SUPPORT AND COMMENTS WITH US. THERE IS A SPACE PROVIDED BELOW FOR YOU TO BE HEARD. THANKS!
I am posting a link to a copy of
Senate Bill 444 in hopes that we might generate some viewer support and response. Please forward all comments using the form at the bottom of the page. This bill supports legislation that will change the 70% sentencing law as it stands today. This law is very unfair as it allows inmates to serve 70% of their sentences with no opportunity to earn good time as is allowed other inmates. It is our sincere desire that this law will be changed to allow all inmates the same opportunities . Thank you for your support.

With petition to the court for a post conviction relief in modification of sentence. (Habeas Corpus) Either through a pro-bono attorney or a paralegal. Referral or my other avenue of assistance respectfully. Presently have done 20 years on a 54 year sentence under my sentence statute, and look to modify it on it's same guideline (underneath it) for the minimum of 15 years with a 5 year minimum - with time served.
Arguments: PSI Court report was never changed to correctly read that no harm was done to my victim originally, and other issues.
Thank you for any and all consideration you may show me. I can be contacted at:

Being a federal inmate has left the only option of litigation. Everyone in the Beaura of Prisons is waiting on some new type of bill to be vetoed by the legislature. Who else but the US District Court would sentence you for a criminal history irrelevant to the case you’re being adjudicated for? Even if they have been dismissed acquitted or convicted 15 years prior to pending cases is still an enhancement to your sentence. Who else but the US District Court would allow relevant conduct (Hearsay Evidence) to convict you without the slightest bit of circumstance evidence? Possession is 9/10th of the law and to have knowledge and intent constitutes assessoryship. What does exactly that have to do with conviction people of hearsay evidence. How does that constitute a crime being committed? If federal Jurisdiction to interfere with District Court, why do they use state convictions to stiffen a federal sentence? I for one have post sentence relief from Federal Court of Appeals as evidence of the careless way the US District Court rushes a conviction. As a convicted felon why doesn’t the FBOP offer rehabilitation in terms of trade skill education at the BOP’s expense? How does that affect the recidivism rate? Enormously. Please contact if you would like to evaluate these issues more specifically
